Please read over the Owner's Responsibility Clause and type out your full name. Then click on the register button to finalize your registration.
I hereby certify that: 1.) My dog is up to date on vaccinations and in good health. 2.) My dog has not has an prior aggressive incidents. 3.) I am solely liable for any damage cause to or by my dog to property, people or other dogs. 4.) I will supervise my dog and immediately clean up and dispose of (in proper receptacle) any dog waste. 5.) My child(ren)/dog: will be under my control at all times and will not harm other dogs or climb on equipment. 6.) Bucks County SPCA and its agents reserve the right to refuse to permit my participation or terminate my participation for any reason.
I have read and agree to follow all rules and class regulations. I understand that once I sign up, no money will be refunded for skipped, missed or expired classes. Levels classes have a three month expiration date from date of sign up. All money must be prepaid. I sign this statement with the intent to be legally bound hereby.
