Glossman, Bucks County Commissioner Rob Loughery, PA State Senator Bob Mensch, BCSPCA Board President Marcia Hill, BCSPCA Executive Director Anne Irwin, Richland Township Manager Stephen Sechriest, and BCSPCA Upper Bucks Shelter Manager Christopher Langiotti cut a celebratory ribbon at our new shelter in Richland Township on January 14, 2012. They were joined by the always enthusiastic canine Special Advisor to our Centennial Campaign, Ollie the Collie. Thank you to everyone in the community who helped to make this wonderful progress possible!
