For The Love of Art

For one afternoon only on Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 2-7pm you can preview local artist's original work at Flip Dog Yoga + Pilates Studio in Peddler's Village, Lahaska.  The fun doesn't stop there.  Enter a raffle to win Susan Roseman's lineocut, "Peaceable Kingdom" pictured in this flyer or a Flip dog Yoga Private Session with the instructor of your choice.  Meet some adoptable dogs from the Bucks County SPCA and SPCA staff there to join in the celebration.  Raffle tickets are $5.oo each with raffle proceeds benefiting the Lahaska Shelter.  For more information see www.flipdogyoga.com or call (215) 794-9349.

$1500 Reward Offered

For Information about Swan Beating 

A $1500.00 reward has been posted for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) involved in the beating death of a swan known as "Grace Boy" on the Delaware River.  The attack took place on Saturday, July 17th, 2008 around 11:30 pm in the area between Point Pleasant, PA and Byram, NJ.      If you have any information about this incident, please contact our humane officers at (215)794-7425.  Thank you for your help!
