Annual Animal Care Meeting
Our annual Animal Care meeting takes place at the beginning of the year in the month of January. All Animal Care Volunteer are required to attend. To give everyone the most flexibility, we offer the meeting on multiple dates. You only have to attend one meeting. Junior Animal Care Volunteers have their meeting before coming back for summer volunteering. The annual meeting to used update everyone on what's new for the upcoming year, discuss problems, share ideas and hold one group training. We also update the volunteer hand books and will be handing out volunteer t-shirts. Everyone agreed that sign up was easiest through the internet and we plan to offer that again in 2012. All volunteers are asked to bring their handbooks, wear their name tags and come dressed to volunteer. Agenda topics need to be submitted no later than 2 months prior to the meeting date.
